How Do I Get Matches?
After you register, you will begin receiving matches automatically. These matches will be displayed on your Match Tab and delivered to your private email address. Matches are initially based on your Ideal Match criteria. However, you may at any time change your matches to be based on the Compatibility Indicator. This option is located on your Account Page.
At the time of registration, your default match percentage will be 95%. That means that anyone scoring a match of 95% or more will be matched to you. You can change this percentage any time, on your Account Page. Lowering your match percentage number qualifies more members to be matched to you, so you will receive more matches. Of course, you can also receive more matches by broadening your age preference and/or location preference on your Ideal Match Page.
Who Created His Match for Me?
His Match for Me was created by born-again Christians with an extensive background in ministry, relationship counseling, and business.
The vision for His Match for Me was born out of a need for a new, God honoring approach to internet dating. For way too long, the evil one has had free run of the internet dating scene, where fraud, lying, cheating and immorality have become a common element, even on so called "Christian" sites! We felt it was time to create a site with a fresh, new approach -- faith-based profiles, faith-based compatibility testing, and cutting edge technologies.

Yes, we know how you feel. Sometimes, living single can be a nightmare of loneliness. We've got to find a partner – quick! Be sure you have had adequate time to heal from your previous relationships. (This is the most ignored issue, and creates the most problems.) Take time to heal first, before hurting someone else.
Allow God to heal you from any serious issues, such as addictions, emotional illness, or sexual sin. These will destroy your new relationship right out of the gate. Don’t live in denial. Get into counseling and deal with it now. You want to deliver a healthy partner to your mate!
Live a balanced life. Plug into your church, join a small group, develop lots of same sex friendships, and use your spiritual gifts to serve.
Discover your purpose. Find out where God wants you to go and how He wants to use your talents, so that you can find a partner with a similar direction. That will be VERY important to the process.
Don’t get in a hurry. Don't act in desperation. If you live a balanced life, you won't feel desperate to find a mate. You'll be busy! This will make you much more likely to select wisely.
